Can we request you to build a package around our budget?
Absolutely! If your like most couples, you have an extremely tight budget, and we understand that. Please feel free to contact us with a price, and we'll custom build a package around your budget and your needs, and we will not try to push up your price point.
Do you charge a retaining fee to hold our wedding date?
Yes, we do require a $100.00 retaining fee. This is non-refundable, but is applied to your account balance. We will not reserve your wedding date until this is paid.
Do we have to make our first payment upfront?
Yes, for every wedding we require the first payment one week in advance. Your remaining balance is due before your final video is delivered.
Will my wedding video be availble online for friends and family to view?
Yes! Your full ceremony, as well as highlights from your reception will be available online, for your friends and family to view. We can either request guests email addresses at your event, or we can give you a link, plus a password so that you are in control of who views your video. Any video package that costs $500.00 qualifies for this free service.
How long until we receive our completed video?
Our average time of completion is anywhere from 5-10 weeks.
