The above emails for video and photo are sent directly to the head videographer, or head photographer. So if you have any specific questions feel free to ask away.

Our live support operators are all members of our production crews, and can answer just about all of your questions. Only a few members know exact details about our pricing policies and procedures, and they may not be able to give you quotes on the spot. Our managers will know the answers about those types of questions, and if they are online, you will be transferred to one of them so that they can give you a free quote within a few minutes, or answer any questions about billing, or pricing. If we are online we will try to get to you as soon as we can, but please understand that we may be helping other customers. If you don't have the time to wait you will be directed to a question submission form and the message will be sent to a manager. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days.
