Wedding Video Packages and Prices
Below are our video packages.
The pearl basic package is a single camera setup, and will use our middle range camera. We do not offer HD upgrades on this package!
It includes 8 consecutive hours of videography spanned across two locations. If you have three locations $100 will be added onto your bill. (IF any of the locations are more than 40 miles apart, a flat travel fee of $150 is added to the bill, this extra charge covers for the longer distances between locations, as well as the cost for having a third location!)
Our camera man will arrive one hour before your ceremony, to record little tidbits, such as the bride combing her hair, and putting on makeup, or the groom prepping for his big day!
The ceremony will be captured, as well as video of your photo shoot, whether it is before or after the ceremony.
The 8 hours of coverage starts at the time of the ceremony, and will include travel time. If your ceremony starts at 1:00pm our cameraman will leave the reception by 9:00pm. If you need additional time please let us know in advance so our camera man arrives with enough battery time, tapes, etc.
You will then receive a DVD with four sections. Pre-ceremony. Ceremony, Post Ceremony, and Reception. This package includes three custom packaged DVD's. More can be ordered for $9.99 each.
TOTAL PACKAGE PRICE $550.00!
A deposit of $200 dollars is required two weeks in advance. You can pay this via check, or through credit card via pay pal. This deposit will lock in your date, and will also go towards your total price.

2 weeks before event...$200 is due
Delivery of DVD's..........$350 is due on delivery
One camera setups are much easier and less time consuming to edit, and the final completion date is usually 2-3 weeks after the even. However it can go up to 4-5 weeks.
That price is non-negotiable, however if you require less than 8 hours of consecutive work we WILL be able to lower our prices! Please contact us and we can work around your budget
Cancellation Policy:
If you book us and want to cancel, you certainly can. We do not charge a cancellation fee, unless you cancel a week in advance of your wedding date. So that means if you cancel within 7 days of the event, we will charge a minimum $100 cancellation fee, which is usually taken out of the money that we will refund back to you. If you have paid your first payment we will provide a full refund, to whatever you have paid to us. Anytime you pay us you will get a receipt acknowledging your payment, and you can give that to us so we can give you a full refund for the amount you paid. If you are even interested in RKJ Productions we recommend that you go ahead and book us, as soon as you can. This gives us ample time to work on scheduling, and will lock in your date. If anyone else requests the same date we will contact you and give you about a week to make your first payment. If you do not make your first payment, you will lose your date, if the other couple makes their first payment. And again, we don't charge a booking fee, so there is nothing to lose.
If you figure you can't afford the second and third payments, and you cancel our services after the event, we will delete all of your files, and destroy the disks and tapes from your wedding, and you will NOT receive a refund of any of the money you've given t us. We know that everyone is in a tough financial position, and you may not be able to make your payments. If that is the case, you must let us know within two weeks after your wedding that you will not be able to make the second payment. In that case we will keep your tapes in our archive, but we will not do any editing until you know you make your second payment. If you fail to make any of your payments at the requested time after your wedding date, your footage will be disposed of. We will not allow you to edit the footage yourself, or any other company.
